I recently took my car to Mercer to get a quote for repairs. I was charged over $100 for a diagnostic test that took 10 minutes, and is free at any mechanic shop in SLC I have taken my car to(the machine cost $40 on amazon). "Luckily" the owner was there to address this. He proceeded to make highly offensive and overly personal jabs at my fiancee and I, after we let him know we were unaware of the diagnostic fee and are now planning to do the work elsewhere. He stated that, "we were not living in the real world", "expected to have work done for free", and "did not care about people OR his workers being paid"... I still came back to tip the mechanic heavily for the diagnostics after being disrespected by the owner... My fiancee and I are both EMTS, and dedicate ourselves to being hard workers for little pay to save lives. BECAUSE WE CARE. The worst part is I had just come by the day before to fill my tires; brought over a full Pecan Pie from Windy Ridge Bakery for the guys at the shop, slice of Apple Pie from Windy Ridge Cafe & cash tip for the guy named Josh who filled my tire, and fresh baked dog treats for the owners dog (I'm a sucker for pups). Excellent. Orlando and his Team have detailed and wrapped trim on several of our cars as well as provided some small body trim repairs. The work was excellent and even better was their attitude and care overall for us and our vehicles. The pricing/value ratio is very fair and we will continue to bring all of our cars to Mercer!

I took my brand new car to Mercer Auto Spa for 3 services: - PPF on the front end of the car - 5yr ceramic coat - Ceramic window tinting Orlando and the team at Mercer auto spa did a fantastic job with my car. Really delighted at the attention to detail, and the quality of the work. They are reasonably priced, but don't let that fool you - they care about quality and customer satisfaction. The car looks amazing. Even better than new, which is how I brought it to them. This is the 2nd time I worked with Mercer Auto Spa, the first time I needed a repair on a tint job done by another company, and their customer service + job quality is the reason I returned, and will return again with all my future cars. Highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a great job, at a reasonable price.

After 3 days of driving my newly detailed Jeep up and down the mountain roads where I live, as you can see from the photo, it still looks amazing. I am so happy with the quality of work that Mercer Auto has done in detailing my Jeep that I will forever be a loyal customer. I want to give a strong shout out to Ronaldo and Orlando for the over-the-top customer service. As someone who works with clients I am so appreciative of their work ethic and their enthusiasm. Steven and his crew are phenomenal. They rejuvenated my Tesla with over 120K miles to nearly mint condition with a ceramic coating. I think it actually looks better than the day I drove it from the showroom.
